You must be at least 13 years old to use Donna. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your phone number and for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Donna, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Send harmful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Donna available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Accuracy of Reminders

Donna uses artificial intelligence to interpret your messages. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

• Your message will be interpreted correctly every time.
• Reminders will be delivered at the exact specified time.
• All reminders will be successfully delivered.

We recommend verifying important reminders and maintaining backup systems for critical tasks.

Donna, including its name, logo, software, and all related content, is owned by Billionaire Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you send to us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Donna at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by blocking our WhatsApp number.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Donna shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
